Morris Leslie West Kinfauns Leisure Development

Proposals for a £33.8m leisure-led development in West Kinfauns, Perthshire has been announced. The Morris Leslie development will feature a four-star hotel, lodge-style cabins and state of the art transport museum, focusing exhibits on Scotland’s historic transport and classic vehicles.

The premium destination will attract tourists on a local and national scale, creating an influx of visitors to Perth and its surrounding areas. Further supporting the local economy, the development will secure jobs in hospitality, retail and leisure roles.

A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) has been submitted to Perth and Kinross Council, noting the intent of Morris Leslie to submit a planning application following a minimum 12-week period of consultation.
